Join DFW International Airport at their headquarters for a disparity study informational meeting. The meeting will introduce the study team, present the study elements and methodology, describe the study process and outline how stakeholders and business owners can participate.

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is conducting a Disparity Study of its programs for disadvantaged, minority, women, and small business enterprises (D/M/W/SBE), and airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises (ACDBE). The study will examine whether all businesses have equal access to compete for DFW’s contracting opportunities and assist the Airport to ensure that current programs remain legally defensible and administratively successful.

The study will provide information to help the Airport set DBE, M/WBE, and ACDBE goals; monitor implementation of the programs; and assist firms to do business with DFW. The study will determine the use of minority and women firms on the Airport’s prime and subcontracts and concession opportunities, provide the availability of such firms, and examine evidence of race- and gender-based barriers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area market area. The study will include qualitative experiences and recommendations of stakeholder groups and business owners. As such, your participation is critical to informing the study results and recommendations. DFW welcomes the participation of all business owners, those who are currently doing business with DFW, as well as those interested in contracting opportunities. Register and learn more here!
