Who is it for?
Success minded WBEs on a fast track for scaling, not just average growth, who would like a structure, proven plan and support from coaches and other women leaders to navigate growth
How Does It Work?
WBEs are grouped into mastermind cohorts of 10 or less, based on three revenue categories: Less than $2M, $2M - $10M, and $10M - $50M. Facilitated by teams at Strategic Scaling and Summi7, each mastermind group meets for two hours once a month for a year to dive into the Business Scaling Method. One-on-one coaching support is provided between monthly sessions as well.
What is the Business Scaling Method?
The Business Scaling Method is a workbook that provides a step by step guide to run and grow your business. It combines proven approaches from successful enterprises, geared to help small and mid-sized companies scale. Throughout the workbook, you'll gain detailed knowledge about your business while developing your strategic playbook for growth along with a customized operating system to execute and engage your team.

If you're unable to commit to a full year, there's an option to do a one day intensive on May 23, 2024 in Plano, TX.
What is the Fee?
$395 per month for participants with revenue less than $2M
$495 per month for participants with revenue between $2M and $10M
$595 per month for participants with revenue between $10M and $50M
