Through the WBCS partnership with WiNGS , Dr. Rochelle Webb has been a dedicated volunteer at WiNGS (Women in Need of Generous Support), non-profit offering programs to help women lead a better life. With over 20 years of management and leadership experience having served in both public sector government and the for-profit private sector, including six years in federal, state and local business consulting, Rochelle is a committed, certified trainer, executive coach, and educational consultant dedicated to helping women achieve business ownership. April was National Volunteer Month and to celebrate we took time to surprise our WBE and Sustaining (Corporate) volunteers for their hard work and dedication in contributing to the success of the Council. On Thank You Tuesday and Thursday, we surprised our volunteers with goodies and balloons. We want to thank all of our volunteers that work diligently during the year; we could not provide many of our services without your help.
